Intermission FAQ

An intermission screen is a custom animated scene used during planned breaks within an active stream - ad reads, sponsor segments, halftime breaks, between-game transitions, or scheduled pauses in long-format content. Unlike a BRB screen (which is for unplanned away moments) or a Starting Soon screen (which is pre-stream), an intermission is built specifically for structured breaks where viewers know the stream is continuing. It's the screen elite streamers use to make breaks feel intentional and produced, not awkward.
A BRB screen is for unplanned away-from-keyboard moments - short, casual, focused on returning quickly. An intermission screen is for structured, planned breaks - sponsor reads, ad breaks, halftime in sports streams, between-round breaks in tournaments. Intermission screens often run longer, can include sponsor messaging or upcoming-segment teasers, and are designed to feel like a real broadcast cutaway rather than a quick pause. Many serious streamers use both.
Most intermission screens are built as 30–90 second seamless loops. Because intermissions can sometimes run longer than BRB moments (a 2-minute sponsor read, a 5-minute halftime break), the loop is engineered to be visually satisfying for repeated playback without becoming distracting. As always, the end frame matches the start frame exactly so there's no visible cut, jump or restart.
Yes - this is one of the most common requests. We can design the scene around a 'sponsor space' where logos can be displayed cleanly, or build animated segment titles ('Halftime', 'Sponsor Break', 'Up Next', etc.) directly into the 3D environment. If you regularly cycle through different sponsors, we can also deliver a base scene plus separately-rendered sponsor variations or a designated overlay-friendly area for dynamic OBS layering.
Your intermission screen is delivered as an MP4 video file - the standard format for OBS Studio, Streamlabs Desktop and Twitch Studio. WebM is available on request for OBS's native browser source. Everything is delivered ready to drop straight into your scene with zero configuration.
Never. Every intermission screen is modelled, lit and animated from scratch in 3D - no templates, no stock packs, no pre-built scenes. Your intermission is unique to your brand and will not be sold or reused for any other streamer.
Most single intermission screens are delivered within 1–3 days. You'll receive a still image preview first for approval and feedback, then we move into animation. The full animated MP4 typically follows within 24–48 hours of the preview being signed off.
1080p, 1440p and 4K. 1080p and 1440p are covered under the standard price; 4K is available as a premium option. Worth knowing - even if you stream in 1080p, ordering a 1440p or 4K project and downsizing it to 1080p will still look noticeably sharper than a native 1080p file.
Once your project is approved, you'll receive a download link by email - typically a Google Drive link with all your files organised, correctly named and ready to drop into OBS Studio or Streamlabs. All communication during the project happens by email too, including a preview before the final delivery so you can request changes.
No - we design 3D scenes, environments, backgrounds and overlays. We do not build character models, Live2D rigs or PNGtuber avatars. If you already have one, our scenes are designed to make it look better with the right backdrop, lighting and atmosphere around it.
