Your logo package includes the primary logo mark, transparent PNG and vector files for use across all platforms, and variations suited to different sizes and backgrounds. If you order a brand identity package, it also includes a custom colour palette, typography recommendations and any mascot or character art discussed during the brief.
Yes - mascot and character design is one of our most requested additions. Whether you want a fully illustrated character, an animal mascot, a stylised avatar or an icon-style figure to anchor your brand, we can design it from scratch and incorporate it into your logo or use it as a standalone brand asset.
Never. Every logo is designed entirely from scratch. We don't use logo generators, template packs or stock icon libraries. Your logo is unique to you - it will not appear anywhere else.
Absolutely. If you don't have a clear direction yet, that's completely fine - brainstorming and brand development is part of the process. We'll work with you to define a colour palette, visual tone and overall identity that suits your content, your niche and the impression you want to make.
You'll receive your logo as a transparent PNG at high resolution, plus a vector file (SVG or AI) so it can be scaled to any size without quality loss. We can also provide additional exports such as WebP or specific platform-ready sizes on request.
Most standalone logos are delivered within 2-4 days. Full brand identity packages including mascot design and theme development typically take 4-7 days. You'll receive a preview for feedback before the final files are delivered.
Revisions are included as standard on every order. You'll receive a preview before final delivery and this is the time to request changes to layout, colours, styling or composition. We won't sign off until you're genuinely happy with the result.
Yes - and this is one of the strongest reasons to have your logo designed here. If you already have or plan to order stream screens, overlays or intros from us, we can ensure your logo is designed to sit perfectly within that visual world. Everything stays consistent and on-brand.
Once your project is approved, you'll receive a download link by email - typically a Google Drive link with all your files organised, correctly named and ready to drop into OBS Studio or Streamlabs. All communication during the project happens by email too, including a preview before the final delivery so you can request changes.
No - we design 3D scenes, environments, backgrounds and overlays. We do not build character models, Live2D rigs or PNGtuber avatars. If you already have one, our scenes are designed to make it look better with the right backdrop, lighting and atmosphere around it.
