A BRB (Be Right Back) screen is the animated scene you switch to when you step away from your stream - bathroom breaks, food, technical issues, or a quick reset. Instead of pausing the stream or showing a static image, a custom 3D BRB screen keeps your viewers engaged, reinforces your brand, and signals to your audience that you'll be back shortly. It's the most-used screen in any streamer's setup and arguably the one that benefits most from being custom.
Most BRB screens are built as 30–60 second seamless loops. The animation is engineered so the end frame matches the start frame exactly, meaning the loop runs continuously with no visible cut, jump or restart - even if you're away for 10 minutes or longer. We always recommend a loop long enough that viewers don't consciously notice it repeating, while still being efficient on file size.
Yes - strongly recommended. A cohesive set of screens (Starting Soon, BRB, Ending) sharing the same visual language, colour palette and 3D environment is one of the single biggest brand upgrades a streamer can make. Our 3x Screen Bundle is built specifically for this and works out cheaper than ordering each screen individually. Mismatched screens make a stream look pieced together; matched screens make it look like a real production.
Yes - we can include a 'Be Right Back' message, your channel name, social handles, or even an animated countdown timer if you want. Whatever text or branding you want layered onto the 3D scene, we incorporate it into the design so it looks intentional. If you'd prefer the screen to be purely visual with no text (so you can layer your own dynamic countdown via OBS or Streamlabs), that's also fine - just let us know.
Your BRB screen is delivered as an MP4 video file - the standard format for OBS Studio, Streamlabs Desktop and Twitch Studio. WebM is available on request for OBS's native browser source. Everything is delivered ready to drop straight into your scene with zero configuration.
Never. Every BRB screen is modelled, lit and animated from scratch in 3D - no templates, no stock packs, no pre-built scenes. Your BRB is unique to your brand and will not be sold or reused for any other streamer.
Most single BRB screens are delivered within 1–3 days. You'll receive a still image preview first for approval and feedback, then we move into animation. The full animated MP4 typically follows within 24–48 hours of the preview being signed off.
1080p, 1440p and 4K. 1080p and 1440p are covered under the standard price; 4K is available as a premium option. Worth knowing - even if you stream in 1080p, ordering a 1440p or 4K project and downsizing it to 1080p will still look noticeably sharper than a native 1080p file.
Once your project is approved, you'll receive a download link by email - typically a Google Drive link with all your files organised, correctly named and ready to drop into OBS Studio or Streamlabs. All communication during the project happens by email too, including a preview before the final delivery so you can request changes.
No - we design 3D scenes, environments, backgrounds and overlays. We do not build character models, Live2D rigs or PNGtuber avatars. If you already have one, our scenes are designed to make it look better with the right backdrop, lighting and atmosphere around it.
